Akbar Mehdi
Akbar Mehdi is the Founder and Director of Nacerz Global, bringing over 15 years of experience across human resource management, talent acquisition, strategic planning and business development.
He has worked with prominent corporates and consulting firms, supporting clients ranging from emerging startups to some of the world’s leading organisations across diverse industries. His experience spans technology, non-technology, consulting and financial services, giving him a well-rounded understanding of business priorities, talent markets and complex workforce requirements.
At Nacerz Global, Akbar leads business strategy, client partnerships, talent solutions and operational delivery. His leadership is defined by a strong focus on building trusted relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, maintaining commercial discipline and developing high-performing teams.
With a practical and commercially grounded approach, he brings together people strategy, talent expertise and business insight to strengthen organisational capability, support evolving workforce priorities and enable sustainable growth.
Akbar holds an MBA from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, combining management perspective with analytical and technical grounding.

Mahnaz Mehdi brings more than a decade of experience across education, communication and human resources. At Nacerz Global, she contributes to talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and organisational capability-building initiatives.
Her background in education and communication adds a distinctive dimension to the firm’s people strategy. She focuses on strengthening professional communication, employee effectiveness, leadership potential and the continuous development of talent across the organisation.
Mahnaz believes that strong organisations are built not only by hiring the right people, but also by creating an environment where employees can learn, adapt, collaborate and contribute meaningfully to business goals.
She holds a PhD in English, reflecting a strong academic foundation in communication, critical inquiry, learning and people development.
